Can I try the furniture in physical stores or a showroom?

Our furniture is sold exclusively online and therefore cannot currently be tried on physically.

Shipping and delivery

If the item is in stock, you will receive it within 2-7 working days. This depends on the postcode to which the item is to be delivered.

Depending on our carrier's weekly routes and your postcode, you may have several offers to choose from when it comes to free delivery.

For an additional payment, we can deliver in a time interval according to your wishes. Both evenings and Saturdays, with or without contribution. Select it at checkout.

It should be clearly stated on the product page when we expect to have the item in stock again. Unfortunately, the current corona crisis creates a number of logistical problems and delays for our suppliers. However, we endeavor to always have the latest expected delivery times on our website. We will send the item to you as soon as it is in our warehouse, and from there it will take 2-7 working days. Feel free to contact us if you want to hear more about stock status and out-of-stock items.

As a starting point, we use LGT BFT or GLS as freight companies. The carrier contacts you before he arrives at your home with your item.

If the item can be delivered in a packing box, we do this as standard for smaller items.

Delivery is free if you want your furniture delivered to the curb. For an extra fee, the couriers lift the furniture all the way into the home or deliver at an agreed time.

You and I will receive an email as soon as possible, where the freight provider will state a day for delivery and a more detailed delivery time.

You will also receive an SMS no later than 24 hours before delivery, in which the planned delivery time will be stated.

Finally, the carrier will call you within approx. one hour before he/she arrives at your address.

Returns and complaints

We are of course sorry to hear that. You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. To return an item, you must first contact us at customerservice@njordec.com. If you do not do this, we cannot accept returns.

When you receive the furniture, it is important to check whether the packaging has holes or dents, as this could mean that the furniture may have been damaged during transport. In that case, you must either not accept to receive the furniture, or you must receive the furniture and take pictures of the damaged packaging. If it turns out that the furniture has been slightly damaged and is damaged, contact Njordec at customerservice@njordec.com. Here you tell us what the problems are, and you must attach pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged furniture. Then you will get a refund or a new piece of furniture.

If you have bought upholstered furniture from us, we will take it back free and clear if the seating furniture does not meet your expectations.

It only requires that the furniture is in the same condition as when received. You just have to wrap the furniture in the original packaging to the best of your ability and contact us with the wish to return, and we will inform you when you can expect to collect the item.

The process will most often correspond to the way the furniture was delivered in the first place. In short, we do not charge any amount for the return of upholstered seating.

Our upholstered furniture is primarily made of polyester and can be cleaned with a wrung out cloth without soap. Always remove stains from the edge inward and use only mild detergents.
